About the event
On Memorial Day Sunday (May 29), join us for an afternoon at Alliance Community Reboot (ACRe) in southern NJ!
Our Edible Education program will be centered around: Pizza!! We will make and break bread together with The Oyven (Yiddish for oven), a mobile, wood-fired pizza oven where you are fed physically through delicious pizza as well as spiritually and intellectually through the programming that goes along with it. Malya and William Levin will present about their work with ACRe and the history of the Alliance Colony, the first Jewish farm community in America, established 1882.
The event is sponsored by Hakhel: The Jewish Intentional Communities Incubator, and co-organized by Shtiebel, FED, and ACRe.
