Toys 101: Show & Tell Community Table

TOYS 101: The Last Class is an immersive, theatrical class led by Jonathan Alexandratos, who plays a Non-Binary teacher on their last day of teaching at a conservative high school where they’ve been teaching for the last 10 years. Realizing that their career at the school has been one of regurgitating a limited curriculum and crushing student voices, they decide to open up about their Queerness for the first time, using their toys to do it. The hope is that, by sharing a piece of themself, students will want to share back. By registering for class, you become a student in a safe space where nothing is forced and everyone is allowed to be who they are.
