Tunisian Dinner with Rafram Chaddad

Come join us for Rafram's FED talk on the historical background of Jews as related to the relationship between two coasts: Trapani in Sicily and La Goulette in Tunisia. During the dinner, we will sample: 

-Classic Tunisian Palermo salad: the inspiration for salad nicoise; 

-Pasta with bottarga and capers: another dish that is celebrated by Tunisian Jews and in Sicily 

Rafram was born in island of Djerba, Tunisia and grew up in Jerusalem where he also finish his visual arts studies. An artist from 2004, Rafram has been living and creating in various countries in Europe, as well as Israel and Tunisia. In recent years his works were exhibited in several museums and galleries across the world (including the Herzliya Museum, the Tel Aviv Museum, the CAMeC Museum, ACC Galerie, Mucem and more).
